RAP Series

Electrocorp's radial air purifiers (RAP Series) are stand-alone units engineered to be quieter and powerful, providing exceptional air scrubbing in an attractive format.

Scrubbed air is ejected out the top of the unit to the ceiling to create a room-wide ceiling to floor laminar air flow pattern that is key to maintaining high quality indoor air. Contaminated air is drawn in 360 deg around the circumference of the unit.

Designed for 24 hr. operation, variable speed motosr allow you to fine tune the speed and control noise level.

Delivered filtration power ranges from 350 CFM, 900 CFM and 1,800 CFM. ( CFM - Cubic Feet per Minute)

FAQ

Is Installation Required?
All of our units except for air handlers are "plug and play" and require no installation. Air Handler units which are integrated into a larger heating, cooling or ventilation system should be installed by a qualified technician.

How long can I expect to wait for my unit?
Depending on inventory levels, most units leave our manufacturing facility 24 to 48 hours after your order is received.

Are your units energy efficient?
The energy drawn by our units is minimal, especially as no additional heating or cooling is required. Check the volts and amps on the unit's spec sheet for more information on the exact power draw.

How long will my carbon filter last?
That depends heavily on the environment in which the unit is used. One way to help gauge the lifespan of your carbon filter is to weigh it the day it arrives (this is important because the filter may weight slightly more or less depending on environmental conditions). When the carbon filter has increased in weight by approximately 40% - it's nearing the end of its lifespan. That's because carbon in general can adsorb 40% of its weight in airborne chemicals, gases and odors.

Can I expect all of my odor problems to go away?
In some cases yes, however heavy duty chemicals such as those used by printers and other industrial applications are usually imbedded in walls, flooring, supplies, furniture and other materials. There will be a constant improvement in air quality, but it may take some time before all traces of the odor will be removed. In some cases, a complete eradication of the odor will not be impossible without additional remediation.

Electrocorp does not warrant, expressed or implied, our products to be medical devices. We do not claim or warrant, expressed or implied, that they are intended to prevent or reverse any medical condition that a user of this equipment may have. We do not guarantee or warrant, expressed or implied, our equipment to protect an individual from contracting any disease or illness.

Electrocorp warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve months after shipment from the factory. Should a repair become necessary after the twelve month period has expired, repairs are warranted for 90 days.

Electrocorp will provide factory service when the warranted equipment is returned to the factory freight prepaid. Electrocorp's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective material, and in no event shall it be liable for consequential or indirect damages.

This warranty shall not apply to equipment subjected to accidental damage, misuse, alteration, or deterioration due to extended storage or exposure. Nor shall it apply to items requiring normal replacement such as filters or fuses. This warranty constitutes Electrocorp's exclusive limited warranty, there being no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

RSU Series

Electrocorp's Radial Scrubbing units (RSU Series) are stand-alone units engineered to be quieter and powerful, providing exceptional air scrubbing in an attractive format.

Laser engravers, large format printers and other equipmentand processes may be ducted directley to RSU-R models. The air flow of R models is reversed. Contaminated air is ducted from the engraver or or other equipment directley to the top of the unit. Clean air is ejected 360 deg around the circumference of the RSU-R.

Designed for 24 hr. operation, variable speed motors allow you to fine tune the speed and control noise level.

Air Rhino Series ( Formaly Air Wash Series )

The Air Rhino air scrubber from Electrocorp delivers up to 1,000 cubic feet of clean air per minute.

The Air Rhino may be ordered in three configurations.

HEPA for particle control.

100 lbs of carbon for airborne chemical and odor control. Special carbon blends are available to target speccific chemicals.

MERV 13 Bag configuration to capture coarse particles that may clog a HEPA filter ex. Drywall or Concrete Dust, Fibre Glass Particles.

The Air Rhino can be used to create a negative pressure zone. It comes with a 12 inch flange for hose attachement. A second 12 inch flange can be added when you order. This second flange allows a hose to be attached to draw in air to create a positive pressure zone.

The variable speed motor allows air flow and noise to be finely controlled. Air Rhinos are easy to manoeuver with 4 handles and 4 industrial, ball-bearing wheels. A germicidal Ultraviolet Lamp can be added when you order to sterilize the air of bacteria and other pathogens. A pressure guage indicates when filter change is required.

The Air Rhino is also available in two vertical configurations with smaller footprint.

Airmarshal Series

The Airmarshal 1000 air scrubber delivers 450 cubic feet of clean air per minute. The 2000, 3000 and 4000 models deliver 250 CFM.

The Airmarshal is one man portable with carrying handle.

The filter configuration of the Airmarshal can quickly be changed to handle either partilces, airborne chemicals or both at the same time.

There are four filter configurations available.

Airmarshal 1000 - 3" Deep HEPA filter and pre-filter

Airmarshal 2000 - 24 lb Carbon filter, HEPA filter and pre-filter

Airmarshal 3000 - 28 lb Carbon filter, electrostatic particle filter and pre-filter

Airmarshal 4000 - 36 lb Carbon filter, electrostatic particle filter and pre-filter

The Airmarshal can be used to create a negative pressure zone. It comes with a 12 inch flange for hose attachement. Clean air may be exhausted outside or into another area to create a negative pressure zone. Two hose selections are available.

The variable speed motor allows air flow and noise to be finely controlled.

An indicator shows when the HEPA filter needs to be changed.

I 6500 Series

DOP tested medical-grade HEPA filters and a choice of 80 or 160 lbs. of carbon.

Free-standing units and ducted systems available.

The I-6500 delivers up to 1,000 cubic feet of clean air per minute, offering air quality solutions for industrial, commercial or medical environments.

The I-6500 delivers sufficient clean air (1,000 CFM) to change the air in a 1,500 sq. ft. area (9 ft. ceiling) approximately 4.5 times per hour.

The I-6500 is available in several configurations.

HEPA and Carbon for combined airborne particle and chemical control.

HEPA for particle control, 80 - 160 lbs of carbon for airborne chemical and odor control. Special carbon blends are available to target specific chemicals.

Welding Fume Extractors

The MD 750 features outstanding draw and superior filtration including a refillable 80 lb. carbon filter for chemicals and odor, HEPA and pre-filters for smoke and dust particles.

A spark arrestor is also standard on this unit. Choose from 40 blends of carbon to address specific applications.
